As you surely already know, Article 26, paragraph 8, establishes that employers must provide an identification badge to their staff; Article 20, paragraph 3, obliges workers employed in contracting or subcontracting activities to display the badge. Companies that fail to comply with this obligation are subject to a financial administrative sanction, as provided by Article 55, paragraph 5, letter i, of Legislative Decree 81/2008, ranging from 100 to 500 euros per worker; similarly, for each worker who has received the badge but does not display it, a financial administrative sanction ranging from 112.85 to 614.25 euros per worker without a badge is foreseen.
