Established in 2005, Ermes srl started its business with the distribution of thermographic card printers to become over time a company specialized in solutions for the identification and security of people and data and solutions to simplify the management of complex processes. Despite an articulated company structure, Ermes recognizes the importance of flexibility that allows its structure to satisfy the needs of each customer, both as regards budget and for the "pushed" personalization of products and / or solutions and related services, typical of large companies or government agencies.
The distributed thermographic printers are among the most reliable and popular in the world, namely Dai Nippon, Evolis and HID Fargo, able to meet the needs of the most demanding customers.
With each of these brands Ermes has direct and exclusive relationships, in fact Ermes has the exclusive right to distribute Dai Nippon re-transfer printers, is Official Partner of Evolis and is Authorized Distributor of HID Global for Fargo brand printers.
Furthermore, Ermes is the direct distributor of the cardPresso software which is supplied with all the thermographic printing systems.
Alongside the "traditional" products, Ermes had added new solutions such as intelligent lockers for self-service delivery and collection of objects, solutions for the protection of personal data and other solutions related to the identification of people and things.
Among these solutions, stand out the solutions belonging to the HID Global ecosystem such as EasyLobby for visitor management and Digital Persona for strong authentication.
The goal of Ermes is to satisfy the customer in all his needs, printing and not only, and this is why, in addition to printers, it is able to provide the most suitable solutions for the use of printers and to encode the various types of chips.
But the attention for the customer does not end here, Ermes srl is in fact able to provide, thanks to the help of efficient technicians a rapid, efficient and economic assistance service on printers, also directly at the customer.
