UV PAINTING

Thanks to this painting it is possible to highlight the appearance of a printed with decoration that give it brillance and depth through the coating of paint on small portions of the work. The function of this finish is both aesthetic and protective because it increases the color rendering over time. UV Painting is able to guarantee results not only in terms of sight but also in touch. The print in fact takes on a three-dimensional aspect perceptible under the touch of the fingers, thanks to a transparent varnish that drying, remains in relief. RELIEF PUNCHING

Punching means the impression of marks and shapes on a surface, by pressing or hitting the punch. It is one of the most widespread card personalization techniques and used above all for credit cards. The relief punching or EMBOSSING is the one in which the characters emerge on the paper itself, it gives a more elegant and prestigious visual aspect, as well as a higher level of security, the data created with the punching are in fact difficult to falsify. To improve readability, embossed or engraved characters can be colored in gold, silver, black and white. Suitable for the creation of prestigious cards, lottery or bingo playing cards, VIP cards, membership cards for exclusive clubs.

GLITTER AND PEARLESCENT

The cards with glitter effect are made with a serigraphic process of deposition of a layer of gold and silver polished color, or with metallic punctuation effect (”glitter”) that partially relects the incident light. It is also possible to have cards with pearlescent effect. Suitable for prestige cards, aesthetically impactful.

PANTONE

We refer to the famous color identification system, created by the American company of the same name. Each color has an identifier consisting of two parts: one defines its family and another indicates the specific gradation possessed. It is an internationally recognized system, therefore the total correspondence of the desired color is guaranteed. Unlike the four-color process, Pantones use special ink mixes already coded for each color. The colors can be found inside the so-called Pantone Mazzette, particular catalogs where all the codes and the variants of the colors are present. Suitable for the creation of brand or company logos or for those who want to create cards with an innovative and original taste.

HOT STAMPING

It is a layer of silver or gold colored ribbon that gives a metallic effect to the card. It is a special finish that is applied after printing and usually on some particular/details of the graphics (e.g. name and surname, logo). Suitable for original cards, for those looking for a touch of beauty such as beauty salons, hairdressers, fashion shops, restaurants etc.

HOLOGRAM

A hologram is an image in three dimensions, created through photographic projection. It does not simulate depth and does not require specific accessories to be viewed. Holograms are impossible to duplicate with a color scanner or copier and cannot be counterfeited with standard printing procedures. they can be personalized with texts, images and trademarks owned by the customer. It is a very expensive customization because it is made for each individual card. Suitable for cards containing very important / personal data.

LASER LAYER

It is the application of a laser layer over a data, a logo or a detail of the card. It is a purely aesthetic finish that gives a lot of shine and makes the metallized effect even more (more than hot stamping). It stands out a lot on dark backgrounds and is also applicable on very thin portions of graphics. Suitable for prestigious, elegant, aesthetically impactful cards.

MATT LAMINATION

It is a finishing that gives a final effect of the opaque paper. On black backgrounds it gives more depth to the paper. Suitable for elegant, trendy cards.

SCRATCH OFF PANEL

Scratch cards are ideal for hiding confidential information from the future buyer: with a covering tape they make the content invisible until the moment of purchase. The tape can be removed by simply scratching it with a coin. Particularly used for telephone top-ups, scratch cards, prepaid cards (restaurants, public businesses ...), promotional cards, wifi cards (for internet cafes, hotels ...).

SIGN PANEL

One or more areas printed in thermography, on which it is possible to write with a normal pen. Signature panels can be transparent or white, simple or anti-counterfeiting (can be overprinted in lithography) and their position can be customized according to needs. Particularly suitable for membership cards, cards for gyms, cards for wellness centers, loyalty cards, etc.

CERAMIC FINISHING

Complete and innovative line of ceramic coated papers. The finish has been specially formulated to protect the cards, combining all the thermal and mechanical properties of the ceramic. The particular ceramic finish makes the cards distinctive both for those concerning safety, and for the elegance and brilliance that characterizes them. The ceramic surface also protects the card against scratches for a long time. Suitable for cards that will come into contact with scratchy objects or for prestigious cards.

EDGE PAINTING

If you want to impress your customers, don't just create cards with discounted features. Start your creativity and add elements that will distinguish your card from the others that we all use: the edges of the card are a detail that usually does not fall in the eye as it is usually white, instead if the effect is colored distinctive is immediate. No color limit for original cards.

TRICARD

They are standard three-part format cards that become between small cards. This type of card is widely used in large-scale distribution, in all those occasions where production costs must be kept low.Tricards are also particularly suitable in cases where multiple cards must be used, for example within a family unit, they allow multiple components to have the same card and to access the related services using three small independent different supports. Suitable for referral or word of mouth strategies or store family cards.

REWRITABLE CARD

Thanks to a particular heat-sensitive film it is possible to write and then eventually erase the same card up to 500 times. The personalization of variable data is only available in black and blue, but if you also want to use your own logo, you can request pre-printed cards.
