Indirect printer with automatic selection of card type

The HID Fargo HDP8500 uses HDP technology to print dye-sublimation images on a retransfer film which is then transferred to the surface of the card. Flexible technology works with a wide selection of card materials and is more resistant to counterfeit attempts. It is the best choice for chip cards since the retransfer technology has no problems with card irregualrities due to the presence of the chip.

The Fargo HDP8500 printer handles several processes simultaneously. The system can code one card while printing another and laminating a third. It has two additional print modules in addition to the standard print module to meet your needs. The HDP8500 is equipped with a double loading drawer that makes it the only retransfer printer that allows the automatic selection of two different types of cards without user intervention.
