The CSNBOWADP 7600 shreds documents and electronic media in stages:

• In the first phase, the continuity of the shredding flow of large volumes of documents is ensured, reducing the problem of overheating or the risk of jamming.
• In the second phase, the high precision document shredders not only guarantee a high yield in accordance with the safety thresholds of DIN 32757-1 and DIN 66399 but also reduce shaft wear and energy waste.

A robust conveyor belt together with a centralized control panel as well as highly automated processes require a minimum use of personnel for the management of a large quantity of confidential information that can be processed quickly and efficiently in respect of a silent working environment.

Through its SPS control system and a User Friendly display, the machine can be easily used by the operator in complete safety and in accordance with CE regulations.

The CSNBOWADP 7600 professional shredder can be combined with an in-line round baler (CSNBOWADP 701) to optimize the accumulation and management of the destruction material and reduce logistics costs. Using the round baler as a complement to the shredder, it allows you to collect the shredded material directly in plastic bags, compressing it into compact and handy bales, reducing the volume of the material by about 70% compared to bulk collection. In this professional solution, the shredder and the press operate in tandem and represent a complete and compact waste disposal station. Loading of the shredder can continue while the press is compressing the material. The pressing process is completely automatic and prevents the particles from falling, ensuring clean operation.
