This feature eliminates manual data entry, saving precious time, drastically reducing errors, and making the production of large volumes of cards a smooth, controlled, and data-driven process.
With ID-ALL STANDARD you can:
- All the features of the STARTER version.
- Connect to external databases: Link your MS Excel (.xls, .xlsx), CSV, and .txt files in read-only mode to print cards automatically and in bulk. The software populates the layout fields (name, surname, department, etc.) directly from your lists. The read-only connection ensures maximum security, as the software cannot modify or corrupt your original data in any way.
- Manage data efficiently: Browse, search, and find records in your database directly from the software's interface, using search filters to quickly locate and print a single person's card or an entire group's (e.g., all members of a specific course or employees of a department).
- Link images to database fields: Associate cardholder photos with their respective records. For example, you can insert the image file name (e.g., "mario_rossi.jpg") into a column in your Excel file, and the software will automatically import and position the correct photo on each card, an automation that saves hours of manual work.
