Transport Market
Public transport companies are complex and constantly evolving organizations always attentive to changes in the market and the evolution of technologies at the service of citizens, users and even customers.

PRINT BADGE
Travel ticket
There are always more Italian public transport companies that have adopted solutions for electronic ticketing. Electronic ticketing systems are mainly used in territorial contexts in which integrated tariff systems are in force. Ticketing systems are usually composed of the following sub-themes:
- Sales system
- Validation and control system
- Data recovery and concentration system
- Central system of management and distribution of income
The cards used for electronic ticketing systems can be of different types, depending on the supported interface (with contacts, without contacts, dual) and the reference standards.
The most popular cards are:
- MIFARE;
- Calypso;
- FeliCa;
MIT (Italian mask for transport)
In Italy, some of the companies that have developed some of the most avant-garde solutions on the market, real excellence, operate worldwide.
Ermes, thanks to the ability to provide integrated solutions for the coding of more complex chips, has been working with system integrators for years to support them in projects for the part concerning the issue of travel tickets.
VIP Launch cards, discount cards, tolls and parking access
Whatever the need for customization required, printing, coding, punching, special effects, Ermes offers a wide range of printers. From printers for single issue of badges to massive or self-service issue with kiosk modules, the choice is vast!

ENCODERS
The reading and coding of travel tickets can take place at the time of graphic personalization of the card but also in stand alone mode such as when it comes to reloading the travel ticket. In this case the fastest procedure is surely to carry out the operation with a reader that is connected to the PC without having to use the printer. The readers and coders can be of different models and characteristics, from the magnetic strip to the contact or contact-less chip.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE OF DOCUMENTS
Graphometric signature
Our habits are more and more "green", so why always print all the forms that need to be signed? Whether it is privacy, as well as contractual conditions or adhesion with the SigPads, it is possible to sign any type of document in pdf format directly without printing it. The signature corresponds to the graphometric signature and therefore in all respects it is a true signature and can be saved directly without printing it. This also simplifies the entire document management procedure compliant with the new GDPR.
Authentication via CNS
The National Service Card or CNS is a device (that is, a Smart Card or a USB key) that contains a "digital certificate" of personal authentication. It is an IT tool that allows the certain identification of the user on the network and allows you to consult the personal data made available by public administrations directly on the website, or to authenticate the identity of the lawyer represented when the financial statements are presented or when you need to participate in a public tender through a portal. In order to use the CNS it is necessary to use a special reader connected to the PC.
Today more than ever with the entry into force of the new GDPR in terms of privacy and data protection, it is essential to rely on reliable systems for the destruction of documents and deletion of data from electronic memories and hard drives.
.4
SECURE ACCESS TO PCS AND USER INFORMATION
The promiscuous use of workstations makes very restrictive security measures necessary, especially in ticket offices, where the information that can be accessed from a PC is very confidential. With our solutions for logical access to PCs, security is guaranteed by maximizing the efficiency and speed of use of the information by the employees. Each employee of the facility will be able to access their work environment from any PC thanks to the multi-factor authentication that ensures their identity.
.5
EXCHANGE AND CUSTODY OF DOCUMENTS AND OBJECTS
Exchange of documents
Whether it's internal confidential documents such as payroll, medical reports or accounting documents as well as projects and financial documents, thanks to our Smart lockers it is possible to keep and make documents available only to the recipients even without having to meet personally. The system software through the existing logs certifies the delivery.
Smart Working
More and more companies are embracing the new managerial philosophy based on giving back to people flexibility and autonomy in the choice of spaces, times and tools to be used in the face of greater responsibility for results. Smart lockers are a useful aid to take this path by allowing employees to store their personal and work items in these spaces.
Delivery of car keys or workshop spare parts
The management of corporate fleets is always complicated because unfortunately not everyone always respects the rules. Getting to the car park and not finding it happens more often than it should. With intelligent solutions for the collection and delivery of the keys, this unpleasant inconvenience is easily solved. Thanks to the software platform, the situation of the vehicles is always under control and it is possible to send alerts to those who had to collect the car if it is not available in time to organize themselves differently, even simply by making the keys of another car available.
Same solution for different need: certify the delivery of spare parts in the absence of clear procedures. Often in following up on a request for spare parts, trusting that you are all colleagues, not finding the person who made the request, you leave the delivery to another colleague who maybe then forgets to deliver the objects or does not remember who delivered them or where they stored them. The intelligent cabinet maximizes efficiency by saving time: the objects are placed in a given box and an SMS will warn when they have been collected and by whom.

CONSULTATION OF DOCUMENTS AND REGULATIONS
Most of the employees of the transport companies are drivers or mechanics and therefore not only do they not have a workstation with PC and printer but often their contact with the company is at the depots and workshops and not with the offices. But often these workers need access to information such as work shifts or simply communications and new regulations. In addition, more and more companies have dematerialized the delivery of the paycheck, but the employee instead prefers to print it. The kiosk or multimedia totem is the optimal solution to offer its employees the possibility of accessing the company network also from warehouses or workshops and to print work shifts or coupons.
