Our company

Established in 2005, Ermes srl started its business with the distribution of thermographic card printers to become over time a company specialized in solutions for the identification and security of people and data and solutions to simplify the management of complex processes. Despite an articulated company structure, Ermes recognizes the importance of flexibility that allows its structure to satisfy the needs of each customer, both as regards budget and for the "pushed" personalization of products and / or solutions and related services, typical of large companies or government agencies.

The distributed thermographic printers are among the most reliable and popular in the world, namely Dai Nippon, Evolis and HID Fargo, able to meet the needs of the most demanding customers.

With each of these brands Ermes has direct and exclusive relationships, in fact Ermes has the exclusive right to distribute Dai Nippon re-transfer printers, is Official Partner of Evolis and is Authorized Distributor of HID Global for Fargo brand printers.

Furthermore, Ermes is the direct distributor of the cardPresso software which is supplied with all the thermographic printing systems.

Alongside the "traditional" products, Ermes had added new solutions such as intelligent lockers for self-service delivery and collection of objects, solutions for the protection of personal data and other solutions related to the identification of people and things.

Among these solutions, stand out the solutions belonging to the HID Global ecosystem such as EasyLobby for visitor management and Digital Persona for strong authentication.

The goal of Ermes is to satisfy the customer in all his needs, printing and not only, and this is why, in addition to printers, it is able to provide the most suitable solutions for the use of printers and to encode the various types of chips.

But the attention for the customer does not end here, Ermes srl is in fact able to provide, thanks to the help of efficient technicians a rapid, efficient and economic assistance service on printers, also directly at the customer.

This attention to the customer is born from the will to create a solid and lasting relationship, based on the clarity and transparency in the transactions, form the conviction that any bargaining must be beneficial for both parties and that its distributor is not an adversary to fight but an ally to help, support and make competitive in the market.

The types of online purchases from the PA on MEPA are:

Direct Purchase Order (PO)
Through the PO procedure (direct purchase order) it is possible to directly order items visible on the catalog on the portal www.acquistinrete.it or by sending a request to our PEC: amministrazione@pec.ermes-online.it.
It can be used for direct procurements up to € 2,000.00, unless the City Council, School Board, Faculty Council, etc. resolves to increase the limit for direct purchase.
A direct purchase may also be made when it is not possible to acquire the same good from other operators in the reference market of the Municipality, Institute, University, etc.
It is possible to provide the declaration of the manufacturers of the goods for which Ermes is the exclusive distributor.

Direct Negotiation
Allows direct contracting after negotiation with a single economic operator.
It can be used for procurements up to €2,000.00, unless a resolution is passed by the City Council, School Board, Faculty Councils, etc. to increase the limit for direct purchase.
A direct purchase may also be made when it is not possible to acquire the same good from other operators in the reference market of the Municipality, Institute, University, etc.
To carry out direct negotiation, it is sufficient to select the items and attach any specifications with detailed specifications of the products and services required.

For amounts exceeding € 2,000.00 (or other limit decided by the City Council, Institute Council, Faculty Council, etc.), public administrations have the option of conducting a competitive comparison between several economic operators enabled on the MEPA by requesting customized offers from suppliers based on their specific needs a ggiudicating the tender to the highest bidder.
To generate the RFP, items must be searched for in the Ermes Srl catalog or entered manually. A tender specification with the minimum technical characteristics and any required services (e.g., installation or training) can be attached.
