Health Card (TS and TS-CNS)

The Health Card is the personal document that has replaced the plastic card of the tax code; it is issued to all Italian citizens entitled to services provided by the National Health Service (SSN). Starting from 2011, the Health Card is replaced by the Health Card-National Service Card (TS-CNS), equipped with a microchip.

For employes
